Quote & Contract
Based on the information submitted, we calculate the audit duration (man-days) and propose a fair quote. The contract is signed easily with an electronic signature.
Audit Fee Payment
Pay the contracted audit fee. A tax invoice is issued immediately upon payment confirmation, and as a rule, payment should be made at least 7 days before the audit.
Audit Planning
The assigned lead auditor coordinates the schedule with your company, then establishes and communicates a detailed Audit Plan.
Audit (Conducted)
A professional audit team precisely evaluates conformity with international standard requirements through Stage 1 (documentation) and Stage 2 (on-site) audits.
Certificate Issuance
After final review by the technical committee, certification registration is approved. Once corrective actions for any nonconformities are completed, Korean/English certificates are issued.
Post-Certification Management
Certification is valid for 3 years. Through an annual surveillance audit, we verify and maintain the system's continued conformity.
