Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the User in connection with the use of the website service (the "Service") operated by Just Verify (the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Company's website and receives the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
2. "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, and who is continuously provided with the Company's information and may continuously use the services provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms, together with its trade name, the location of its place of business, the name of its representative, its business registration number, contact information, and other details, on the initial service screen of the website so that Users can readily access them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization.

Article 4 (Content and Modification of the Service)
1. The Company performs the following business activities.
- Providing information related to ISO certification audits and consulting
- Providing information related to auditor training programs
- Other business activities determined by the Company
2. In cases such as changes to technical specifications, the Company may modify the content of the services to be provided under contracts concluded thereafter.

Article 5 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Company belong to the Company.
2. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use, for commercial purposes, information obtained through the use of the Service without the prior consent of the Company, nor allow any third party to do so.

Addendum
These Terms take effect on January 1, 2024.

Privacy Policy

Just Verify (the "Company") establishes and discloses the following personal information processing policy, in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for any purpose other than the following, and where the purpose of use changes, the Company will take necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Customer quotation consultation and management
- Identity verification and authentication in connection with the provision of services
- Use for marketing and advertising

2. Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information prescribed by law, or within the period of retention and use of personal information consented to by the data subject when the personal information was collected.
- Retention period: Until the purpose of use is achieved (provided that, where there is a need to retain the information pursuant to relevant laws, until the period prescribed by such laws)

3. Personal Information Items Processed
The Company processes the following personal information items.
- Items collected: Name, phone number, email, company name, position/title
- Method of collection: Website inquiry form, telephone consultation

4. Destruction of Personal Information
When personal information becomes unnecessary, such as upon the lapse of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose, the Company destroys the relevant personal information without delay.

5. Personal Information Protection Officer
The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer as follows, who takes overall responsibility for the handling of personal information processing and for handling data subjects' complaints and providing remedies for damages in relation to the processing of personal information.
