Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the User in connection with the use of the website service (the "Service") operated by Just Verify (the "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. "User" means a member or non-member who accesses the Company's website and receives the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
2. "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, and who is continuously provided with the Company's information and may continuously use the services provided by the Company.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms, together with its trade name, the location of its place of business, the name of its representative, its business registration number, contact information, and other details, on the initial service screen of the website so that Users can readily access them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization.
Article 4 (Content and Modification of the Service)
1. The Company performs the following business activities.
- Providing information related to ISO certification audits and consulting
- Providing information related to auditor training programs
- Other business activities determined by the Company
2. In cases such as changes to technical specifications, the Company may modify the content of the services to be provided under contracts concluded thereafter.
Article 5 (Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Company belong to the Company.
2. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use, for commercial purposes, information obtained through the use of the Service without the prior consent of the Company, nor allow any third party to do so.

These Terms take effect on January 1, 2024.
